Common Returns Questions
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. You have 3 days from receipt of label to drop off package at Fedex. Please note that if past 3 days, the label and RA will auto-cancel and your item will no longer be eligible for a return.
With social distancing suggestions, we are happy to extend the return policy.
How soon will I get my refund?
To adhere to social distancing recommendations, we are cutting back on daily processing. As a result, delays may occur.
Once your items are inspected by the FREDA team, you'll get your refund notice typically within 48 hours. Depending on our bank processing times, it can take up to 10 days to see funds back in your account.
When are exchanges processed?
In order to keep our team safe and adhere to social distancing recommendations, we are cutting back on daily order fulfillment. As a result, shipping delays may occur. Please reach out to our care team at email@example.com for further updates on your order.
Once the package is scanned by Fedex our team will begin your exchange request.
What items are returnable?
Full price items purchased in the last 32 days. Items discounted over 20%, returns must be requested within 7 days from postmarked delivery. In both cases, you have 3 days from receipt of RA and label to drop off your return at Fedex before return is deemed ineligible.
What items are non-refundable/returnable?
Items marked as final sale.
Any item worn or damaged.
Items outside of the return window.
Sample sale is considered final sale, no exchanges or store credit will be issued.
Socks are considered final sale, no returns are accepted.
Holiday Return Window
We accept returns on all items (except items marked "Final Sale”) postmarked within 14 days from time of delivery. For items marked 20% off or greater return authorization must be made within 7 days of postmarked receipt and items must be dropped off at Fedex within 3 days of receiving the label. If past this timeframe, your return authorization will be auto-cancelled.
Orders placed between December 9 - December 24 are eligible for exchange or store credit only if passed the company 14 day return policy. To be eligible for exchange/store credit, items must be postmarked by January 15, 2020. Items being returned must be in original (unused) condition & and may be returned by mail or to any of our stores.
Gift Return Policy
We can offer an exchange or store credit for any item received as a gift. This request must be made by 1/15 and product must be original (unused) condition. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
