Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the FREDA team, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

When are exchanges processed?

Once the package is scanned by Fedex.


What items are returnable?

Full price items purchased in the last 16 days. Items discounted over 20% within 7 days.

What items are non-refundable/returnable?

Items marked as final sale. 

Any item worn or damaged.

Items outside of the return window.

Sample sale is considered final sale, no exchanges or store credit will be issued. 

Socks are considered final sale, no returns are accepted. 


When is my credit card charged for an order?

ALL PURCHASES MADE ON OUR SITE, WHETHER THEY ARE FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS OR PRE-ORDER ITEMS, ARE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. EXPECTED PRE-ORDER SHIP DATES ARE LISTED ON THEIR PRODUCT PAGES. 

ORDERS ARE SENT OUT IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED, AND YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION AS SOON AS YOUR PACKAGE IS ON THE WAY
